The fertile soils at Mandalay plus careful tending of the vines, hand picking of the fruit and careful ageing in oak barriques have produced a Cabernet exhibiting plum and blackcurrant aromas, a tight structure and rich, mouth-filling flavours. This cabernet will continue to age well for 5-7 years. Bronze medal winner.
