Mandalay ...... We are waiting to finish harvesting. Our
reds, the Shiraz, Cabernet and Zinfandel are not yet ready to come
off. Recent heat has sent the sugar levels soaring. We are waiting
for the flavour profile to catch up with the sugar levels before we
pick. |
Chardonnay harvest is complete and the fruit was fantastic as
always for Mandalay Chardonnay.

Our 2006
Zinfandel received a nomination for the recent Sheraton awards in
Perth.
The 2007 Shiraz
won a Gold medal at the Geographe Wine Show in early October, 2008
and 2008.
